A woman's well-being lies in developing her inner strength. Self-awareness is key to this practice.
We can no longer blame society, parents, or culture for our mental or physical weaknesses as it only leads to a bitter attitude and does not bring any fruitful results. Complaining and placing blame on what is already done is a distraction and spoils our mental state. We should be facing the facts about our life and see that these facts provide guidance, for our self and future generations. There is always time for a new beginning. Instead of dwelling upon what was, pause to examine the debris, save what we can, then let us begin with a new foundation based on truth, kindness, humility, and generosity.
